Included in my March 21-25 mail week is a Shaquille O'Neal 97-98 Flair Row 0 card serial numbered 179/250.
With its arrival, my mini 97-98 Flair rainbow set is complete - minus the Legacy parallels of course.
Included are cards tagged as Row 0, Row 1, Row 2 and Row 3 with the Row 0 being the most scarce. Hey, don't ask me how Fleer came up with this kind of card numbering. But then again, they already went bankrupt, didn't they?
